Kam Woo-sung (lahir 1 Oktober 1970) adalah aktor Korea Selatan. Dia terkenal karena perannya sebagai pelawak istana yang melayani raja lalim dalam film terkenal The King and the Clown. Kam Woo-sung mengambil jurusan lukisan Oriental di Universitas Nasional Seoul, kemudian melakukan debut aktingnya di drama televisi tahun 1991 Our Paradise. Melalui perannya di TV pada dekade berikutnya, Kam dikenal karena memerankan pria kelas menengah atas yang lembut dan intelektual, terutama di Hyun-jung, I Love You. Kemudian pada tahun 2002, ia berhasil mengubah citra ini dalam film pertamanya, Marriage Is a Crazy Thing yang mendapat pujian kritis, di mana ia berperan sebagai profesor fobia komitmen yang berselingkuh dengan penuh gairah.
